This stage design actually dares to play this way!

SKALAR is a large installation art work whose purpose is to explore the complex effects of light and sound on human perception.

Created by lighting artist Christopher Bauder and musician Kangding Ray. Held in Kraftwerk Berlin, Germany.

PS: The organization named "Kraftwerk Berlin" covers an area of 22,000 m2. It used to be the energy power plant of East Berlin and is now called Berlin's largest music test site and Club. The space is composed of steel structure and concrete. The room is equipped with a 20-meter-high screen. Scenes of “sound, light, and electricity” are readily available, and venues are often used to hold electronic music performances.

SKALAR is an intense journey of the basic human emotion cycle. The changing tone in light, sound and movement triggers various emotional experiences of the audience.

The entire installation is composed of 65 dynamic mirrors, 90 stage lights and a multi-channel sound system that is perfectly synchronized and interactive.
